Sparklesconce.com Warranty Policy relating to the following lighting brands:

All brand products listed above, sold by sparklesconce.com are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers only the replacement or repair of defective product components.

Exclusions
This warranty applies only when the Products have been handled, installed, operated, and maintained as outlined in the specifications and applicable guidelines. The warranty excludes coverage for issues arising from:

External causes (e.g., acts of nature, physical damage, environmental conditions, vandalism, power surges).

Improper use, installation, maintenance, or alteration of the Products.

Failure to install Products according to respective product's specifications or any safety or regulatory standards.

Use of reactive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals.

Animal or insect activity, vibrations, or oscillations beyond the Product's design tolerances.

Failures resulting from third-party components or modifications.

The warranty is void if the Products are used for purposes other than their intended application or if unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.

It excludes any responsibility for labor, shipping, or other expenses incurred by the purchaser or others in connection with servicing a warranty claim.

Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to issue a replacement, repair defective merchandise, or provide a credit at its discretion, upon receipt of written notification of the alleged defect within the warranty period. To process a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of the defect through inspection or satisfactory evidence such as photos or other documentation, along with the original purchase receipt.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Sparklesconce.com assumes no responsibility for labor costs associated with the installation, removal, or replacement of products covered under this warranty, nor for any consequential damages.

Please note that this warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, improperly installed, misused, or used in applications for which they were not intended. All warranty claims must include a sales receipt showing the item and the date of purchase.

Limitation of Liability
Sparklesconce.com’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective Product. Sparklesconce.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime costs, or costs associated with replacement equipment.

Right to Modify or Discontinue Warranty
Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply only to Products purchased after the effective date of the modification.

Shipping Policy

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
