Refund policy
Returns / Exchanges:
We have a 45 day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included documents/manuals, and in its original packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@sparklesconce.com. Please include your name, address, and order number for reference.
If your item(s) qualify for return, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), to download, print, and include in the return shipment, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We offer a full refund less shipping. Items returned without first requesting a (RMA) will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages:
If the product is defective, contact us to begin the return process. Please refer to the warranty page for your product's brand located in the footer of our website for the details of your product's specific warranty.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, send photos to returns@sparklesconce.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be sure to include your name, address, and order number for reference.
Upon receipt of merchandise for a concealed damage claim, merchandise must be checked within 5 days of receipt of merchandise, or the damages become the responsibility of the consignee.
Purchaser must provide pictures showing ALL defective parts and fixtures to returns@sparklesconce.com.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any change or cancellation of a standard order must be received in writing to support@sparklesconce.com 2 days prior to shipment. Custom orders and orders in production may not be canceled. All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
