When will I be charged for my order?

       You will be charged at the time your order is placed. Payment confirms your purchase and begins the order fulfillment process.

How soon will my item(s) ship?

       Shipping times depend on item availability. Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Custom or out-of-stock products may have longer lead times.

Will I receive a tracking number?

       Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details to monitor your delivery progress.

What should I do if I want updates on my order?

       For order updates, contact customer service via the website or by phone at (216) 245-8546 during business hours (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM Eastern).

What happens if the item arrives damaged?

       If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately with photos of the damage. The team will assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.

What if I don't like the item once it arrives?

       If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 45 days to submit a request to return your item(s) if they are unused and in their original condition.  Custom orders are not eligible for return.
