DESCRIPTION
The Augusta Large B13600 Series Lantern offers a perfect combination of elegance and durability. Crafted from cast aluminum, it features painted finials, spindles, and a painted candle cluster, with model B13622 including brass socket covers for a refined touch. The lantern includes four candelabra sockets (25W max per socket), with select models (B13612, B13672, B13620, B13621, B136FRM) featuring a 3-candelabra configuration. Panels are available in clear beveled acrylic, opal acrylic, or clear seeded acrylic, with optional top panels in opalescent honey glass for added warmth and sophistication. Available in multiple finishes, this lantern brings timeless style to any setting. Higher wattages permitted when using glass panels.

Warranty Policy
Sparklesconce.com LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY related to Hanover Lantern products for Original Residential Purchasers of Residential Lighting Fixtures and Posts Only
At sparklesconce.com, we warrant that all residential lighting fixtures and posts (all other products carry a 3-year warranty, detailed below) are free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
At our sole discretion, sparklesconce.com will repair or replace, F.O.B. (freight prepaid), any product sold through our website that is defective in workmanship or materials. Please note, this warranty does not cover ballasts, lamps, or emergency battery packs. Repair or replacement under this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy offered to our customers.
To qualify, the product must fail under normal operating conditions within the specified warranty period, beginning on the date of the invoice. The defective product must be returned to Hanover Lantern, transportation prepaid, and product inspection must confirm that it is defective under the terms of this warranty. Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace the defective product.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Consequential or incidental damages.
This warranty applies only when the Products have been handled, installed, operated, and maintained as outlined in the specifications and applicable guidelines. The warranty excludes coverage for issues arising from:
External causes (e.g., acts of nature, physical damage, environmental conditions, vandalism, power surges).
Improper use, installation, maintenance, or alteration of the Products.
Failure to install Products according to Hanover Lantern's specifications, or any applicable safety or regulatory standards.
Use of reactive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals.
Animal or insect activity, vibrations, or oscillations beyond the Product's design tolerances.
Failures resulting from third-party components or modifications.
The warranty is void if the Products are used for purposes other than their intended application or if unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.
Products subjected to inappropriate application, misuse, or modifications not in accordance with our installation instructions.
No agent, employee, or representative of sparklesconce.com is authorized to modify or expand this warranty, except as specifically included in writing.
Sparklesconce.com LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY For All Other Hanover Lantern Products Sold through sparklesconce.com
We warrant that all products sold through sparklesconce.com (excluding ballasts, lamps, and emergency battery packs) are free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is limited to a period of three (3) years from the date of the original shipment.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace, F.O.B. (freight prepaid), any defective product. Repair or replacement under this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defects in workmanship or materials.
Warranty Procedures:
To submit a warranty claim:

Include proof of purchase; order number and order confirmation email.
Once we approve the claim, you may be required to return the product for inspection. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. However, sparklesconce.com will cover the shipping of repaired or replacement items back to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Sparklesconce.com’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective Product. Sparklesconce.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime costs, or costs associated with replacement equipment.
Right to Modify or Discontinue Warranty
Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply only to Products purchased after the effective date of the modification.

Custom / Made to Order Shipping Policy
Hanover Lantern products are all high quality and custom made to order. Products typically ship within three to four weeks from the date of your order. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. A Tradition of American Craftsmanship
Founded in 1970 by entrepreneur Mike Hoffman, Hanover Lantern began as a small operation crafting handmade lanterns for Gettysburg’s souvenir shops. Soon joined by his brother Andy, the duo built a brand rooted in local hand craftsmanship, setting their products apart in the residential and commercial lighting industry. Their commitment to quality propelled Hanover Lantern to global recognition, expanding beyond lighting into mailboxes, signs, and accessories.
In 1997, Bob Baker took the helm as president, guiding the company until its acquisition by Genlyte in 2007 and later by Philips in 2008. During the 1990s, two key team members, Tim Raubenstine and Keith Fogle, joined Hanover Lantern, forming a deep attachment to the brand. After years of success in their respective careers, they longed to return Hanover Lantern to its roots.
In 2018, their vision became reality. Raubenstine and Fogle reclaimed the company, restoring it to local ownership and renewing its dedication to American-made craftsmanship. Today, Hanover Lantern continues to thrive, creating high-quality, custom-made lighting solutions while driving manufacturing growth in the community.
