Sarin Energy Warranty

Sparklesconce.com Warranty policy for products related to Sarin Energy.

Warranty: LED Light Fixtures and LED components manufactured by SARIN Energy Solutions against defects in materials and workmanship for a maximum period of 5 or 3 (depending on product) years (exceptions apply) from date of original shipment.  However, defects caused by improper care, handling, maintenance, assembly, or installation will void any warranty claims. 

LED MODULES – Failure is defined as having 10% or more LEDs not illuminated in a light fixture. LEDs that fail within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be exchanged. SARIN will not honor a cash reimbursement claim to cover material charges for replacement material outside the 30 days from date of shipment. No charges for rental of equipment, travel time or labor will be accepted. LED modules are warranted for a period of 5 years, however the Warranty does not cover failures due to abnormal conditions. These abnormal conditions include, but are not limited to, under/over voltage, under/over current, excessive switching and excessive ambient temperatures. SARIN reserves the right to determine what conditions are considered abnormal as a result of product failure. 

PROPER INSTALLATION - SARIN will warrant Light fixtures, components or poles provided products are properly installed following the directions in the product’s installation instructions, in their intended application and used in compliance with all applicable local, state and national safety regulations and codes. SARIN will not warrant products damaged due to installer connections and/or assembly errors. 

EXCLUDED FROM SARIN LIMITED WARRANTY: Both limited warranties only cover items manufactured by SARIN. The above limited warranties also do not include equipment and components not manufactured by SARIN (See above limited warranties). These items carry the warranty of their respective manufacturers. The Limited Warranty also excludes damage or failure caused by acts of God, falling objects, explosion, fire, misuse or abuse in application (see product spec sheets for application guidelines), or any other such occurrences beyond SARIN’s control are also not warranted. No charges for rental of equipment, travel time or labor will be accepted. Shipping charges of any type will not be covered under this limited warranty. 

ELIGIBILITY- The limited warranty may be transferred to subsequent purchasers of the product, provided that the product is resold in new condition and in its original packaging. 

MAINTENANCE – Poles and Light Fixtures must be inspected and maintained at least annually. Repair of the finish along with structural and electrical components must be conducted on a regular basis to ensure a safe and attractive product. PROPER HANDLING AND STORAGE-SARIN shall claim the warranty to be null and void if the coating fails due to circumstances beyond its control including damage during shipping, handling, unpacking, or installation; damage caused by moisture or other contaminants entrapped between protective packaging materials and coated surface, thus constituting improper storage, prior to placement in service; damage or failure caused by acts of God, falling objects, external forces, explosion, fire, misuse or abuse in application, or any other such occurrences beyond SARIN's control. 

RIGHT TO EXAMINE- SARIN reserves the right to examine all products and/or any associated component to determine the cause of failure and pattern of usage. SARIN may require the material be returned to SARIN, as part of the evaluation process. SARIN reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether any items and components are defective and or covered under this warranty. CHANGES - SARIN reserves the right to make modifications or changes to any of its products, pricing, Limited Warranty and Terms and Conditions without prior notice. This warranty is exclusive in lieu of all other warranties whether written, oral, expressed or implied and shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy of Buyer and liability of SARIN. SARIN is not liable nor warrants the installers and their installation SARIN's products are not sold as a "consumer product" under 15U.S.C. 2301. 

Exclusions
This warranty applies only when the Products have been handled, installed, operated, and maintained as outlined in the specifications and applicable guidelines. The warranty excludes coverage for issues arising from:

External causes (e.g., acts of nature, physical damage, environmental conditions, vandalism, power surges).

Improper use, installation, maintenance, or alteration of the Products.

Failure to install Products according to Sarin Energy's specifications, or any applicable safety or regulatory standards.

Use of reactive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals.

Animal or insect activity, vibrations, or oscillations beyond the Product's design tolerances.

Failures resulting from third-party components or modifications.

The warranty is void if the Products are used for purposes other than their intended application or if unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.

Remedies
If a Product fails within the Warranty Period, Sparklesconce.com, at its discretion, will:

Repair the defective Product.

Replace it with a similar or equivalent Product.

Issue store credit for future purchases.

Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to use new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts or Products for any repair or replacement. Replacement or repair does not extend the original Warranty Period.

Warranty Claims Process
To make a claim, the purchaser must notify Sparklesconce.com in writing at support@sparklesconce.com within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. Claims must include proof of purchase, and the defective Product may need to be returned for inspection. Return shipments require a return materials authorization (RMA), obtainable from Sparklesconce.com customer support by emailing returns@sparklesconce.com.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective Product to Sarin Energy Solutions.  Sparklesconce.com will cover the cost of shipping any replacement Products. Labor, removal, and reinstallation costs are not covered.

Limitation of Liability
Sparklesconce.com’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective Product. Sparklesconce.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime costs, or costs associated with replacement equipment.

Right to Modify or Discontinue Warranty
Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply only to Products purchased after the effective date of the modification.

Shipping Policy

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
