Sparklesconce.com Warranty policy for products related to Robert Abbey Fine Lighting
Warranty: sparklesconce.com offers a 365-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials, workmanship, wiring, and international rewiring. However, defects caused by improper care, handling, maintenance, assembly, or installation will void any warranty claims.
Exclusions
This warranty applies only when the Products have been handled, installed, operated, and maintained as outlined in the specifications and applicable guidelines. The warranty excludes coverage for issues arising from:
External causes (e.g., acts of nature, physical damage, environmental conditions, vandalism, power surges).
Improper use, installation, maintenance, or alteration of the Products.
Failure to install Products according to Robert Abbey Fine Lighting’s specifications, or any applicable safety or regulatory standards.
Use of reactive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals.
Animal or insect activity, vibrations, or oscillations beyond the Product's design tolerances.
Failures resulting from third-party components or modifications.
The warranty is void if the Products are used for purposes other than their intended application or if unauthorized repairs or alterations are made.
Remedies
If a Product fails within the Warranty Period, Sparklesconce.com, at its discretion, will:
Repair the defective Product.
Replace it with a similar or equivalent Product.
Issue store credit for future purchases.
Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to use new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts or Products for any repair or replacement. Replacement or repair does not extend the original Warranty Period.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a claim, the purchaser must notify Sparklesconce.com in writing at support@sparklesconce.com within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. Claims must include proof of purchase, and the defective Product may need to be returned for inspection. Return shipments require a return materials authorization (RMA), obtainable from Sparklesconce.com customer support by emailing returns@sparklesconce.com.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective Product to Robert Abbey Fine Lighting. Sparklesconce.com will cover the cost of shipping any replacement Products. Labor, removal, and reinstallation costs are not covered.
Limitation of Liability
Sparklesconce.com’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective Product. Sparklesconce.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime costs, or costs associated with replacement equipment.
Right to Modify or Discontinue Warranty
Sparklesconce.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply only to Products purchased after the effective date of the modification.

Shipping Policy
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@sparklesconce.com

Robert Abbey has been designing and manufacturing fine lighting products since 1934. Our design studios, corporate offices and 250,000 square foot factory located in the picturesque foothills of North Carolina. Much of our extensive product line is entirely Made in the U.S.A.
Robert Abbey is a family focused business - quite a few of our team members are 3rd generation Robert Abbey employees. It's not uncommon to find three (sometimes 4) generations of family and team members on hand at our offices and plant in Hickory.
